The jetNEXUS Global Load Balancer (GLB) is a powerful and intuitive Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) solution. The jetNEXUS GLB provides a combination of business continuity and performance enhancement functions by enabling failover and load balancing across multiple data centres.

In the event that a data centre is not available due to incidents such as unplanned maintenance, power failure or other problems affecting service delivery, the jetNEXUS GLB can dynamically re-route requests to other data centres. This process is transparent to the end user and applications remain available throughout the incident with no downtime.

The jetNEXUS GLB can also re-route user requests based on the data centre location that is likely to provide the end user with the best performance based on geographic proximity or data centre load.
