Tenacity accessaphone ipTTY
accessaphone ipTTY is engineered to allow TTY communications using existing technology and most modern real time text solutions. The program communicates through IP and uses standard session initiated protocol (SIP) or a TTY soft client. This soft client enables virtually every user on your telephony network to communicate with customer TTY machines, without the need for text relay service.
End users are afforded the opportunity to communicate via TTY at any endpoint within a qualified network without the need for additional analog lines, modems, or other equipment and barriers traditionally associated with TTY communications.
Benefits of accessaphone ipTTY
• No Analog Lines Required. ipTTY replaces all of your existing expensive and troublesome to maintain analog lines. All that is required is a SIP Extension.
• Supports Hearing Carry Over (HCO) and Voice Carry Over (VCO). With ipTTY, your users can communicate via TTY tones (both 45k and 50k baud rate) and Audio thus allowing for HCO and VCO.
• Multi-Lined Display. The ipTTY interface consists of a text display that is multi-lined versus single line in traditional TTY machines. ipTTY supports Real-Time Text via RFC 4103.
• Saves Text Conversation, Recent Calls List and “Canned” initial response. Using ipTTY, users can save their conversations in a text file. ipTTY also provides a recent calls list thus making it easier for users to make outbound calls
• You can setup an initial response macro making it easier to answer calls.
