Network and Server Monitoring
The DLX Networks Monitoring solution provides alerting, statistics and graphing of all key variables of the network devices and the Microsoft SBS server.
Configuration Optimisation and Security Audit
When we take your network into our managed service solution, we will audit each of the network devices and ensure that they are configured according to manufacturer and DLX Networks “best practice” standards.
Appliance Software Management
We will conduct a quarterly review of the software versions on all the network devices covered by the support contract and upgrade them as necessary.
Configuration Management
Automatic daily backup on supported devices. Our NOC engineers will back up your system before and after making any changes.
Monthly Device Audit
Each month we will thoroughly audit each device covered by the support contract to verify that there are no problems developing. This task will be performed by one of our NOC engineers and complements the monitoring provided by the DLX Network Management solution.
Annual Capacity Planning
You will have an annual meeting with your account manager to discuss any hardware, software or other requirements you will need to address in the year to come.
Day-To-Day Administration
We will handle all the day-to-day moves-adds-changes required to keep your staff working and your network running smoothly.
Flexible Ticketing System
You can reach us by phone, email or by using a secure online ticketing system.
Server Backup
We will configure your server backup solution according to your needs. The DLX Networks Monitoring solution will monitor that the scheduled backups have been completed successfully.
Windows Software Updates
We will upgrade your Windows servers when critical updates and security patches are released.
Weekly Health Check
Our engineers will go through a checklist to verify your servers are running smoothly. This includes verifying Anti-Virus updates and other security software updates. This task will be performed by one of our NOC engineers and complements the monitoring provided by the DLX Networks monitoring solution.
Desktop Support
The contract includes two hours of desktop support per month.
